Seamless Reality Textures: Nutzungsbedingungen

Die folgenden Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für alle Teile der "Seamless Reality Textures" Reihe, auch für die noch nicht veröffentlichten.

  • Sämtliche Texturen der "Seamless Reality Textures" Reihe (kurz: SRT) sind sowohl für den privaten Gebrauch, als auch für kommerzielle Projekte absolut kostenlos.
     
  • Sie dürfen die SRT-Packages beliebig oft vervielfältigen und weitergeben.
     
  • Sie dürfen die Texturen keinesfalls verkaufen, weder in realen Geschäften, noch in Internetshops.
     
  • Beim Kopieren und Weitergeben ist zu beachten, daß die Dateien NICHT verändert werden dürfen. Sämtliche Dateien müssen im Originalzustand verbleiben. Weiterhin dürfen sie nicht auf CD-ROM, DVD oder anderen Medien veröffentlicht werden.
     
  • Sie dürfen nicht vorgeben, diese Texturen selbst angefertigt zu haben.
     
  • Die Verwendung von Texturen der SRT-Reihe in kommerziellen Projekten muß mit Credits in Form von namentlicher Erwähnung von Jack's Secret Stash und einem Link zur Website gedankt werden.

 

Seamless Reality Textures: Terms of use

The following terms of use apply to all textures of the "Seamless Reality Textures" series, including the yet unreleased.

  • All Textures of the "Seamless Reality Textures" series (short: SRT) are free for use in personal and commercial projects.
     
  • You may copy the SRT files as often as you want and pass them to other people for free.
     
  • You MUST NOT sell these textures in any shop or internet platform.
     
  • While copying and passing on the files, note this: The files MUST NOT be changed or altered in any way! All files must remain in their original state. In addition to this, you MUST NOT redistribute or publish any of the files on CD-ROM, DVD or other electronic media.
     
  • You MUST NOT tell people you had made these textures yourself.
     
  • Using the SRT textures in commercial projects should be thanked with credits (showing my name and internet adress), which you can put in the imprint of your publication, the cover of your CD or the end credits of your film production.

 

Allgemeines zur Fremdverlinkung

Externe Verlinkungen auf die Texturen sind verboten und werden vom Server abgewiesen. Wenn Sie meine Texturen auf Ihrer Website verwenden wollen, laden Sie sie herunter und hosten Sie sie auf Ihrem eigenen Server!
 

Sollten Sie eine Verwendung der Dateien vorhaben, die sich nicht ohne weiteres mit diesen Richtlinien vereinbaren läßt, schreiben Sie mir bitte eine eMail.
 

About external references

External references (linking from another website directly to my textures) are permitted and will be refused/blocked by the server. If you want to use my textures on your website, then download them and host then on your own server!
